General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the aq111 platform and all its services. aq111 is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are not a Bengali translation of any document originally written in English — they have been prepared specifically for the Bangladesh market. In the event of any dispute, this Bengali version shall be considered final.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at aq111: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳200.

Withdrawals

General Bonus Terms

• Welcome bonus: 200% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times (applied to the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — please read them before activating.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or false information, the account will be closed.
• aq111 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of bonus abuse or the use of bonus-only strategies.
• aq111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program

The aq111 VIP programme has four tiers. By playing regularly, users can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback.

• Bronze tier — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver tier — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold tier — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum tier — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Gaming Rules

All games on aq111 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, every outcome is completely random and verifiable.

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, aq111 will ensure an appropriate resolution.
• Odds in sports betting may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• In the event of a dispute over a bet or game result, aq111's decision is final.
• Server logs from game providers will be used as the primary source for resolving disputes.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on a range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be cancelled and the stake refunded, though exceptions may apply in accordance with official rules.

Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the aq111 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and funds will be forfeited.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using software, bots, scripts, or any automated method.
• Applying fraudulent techniques to the game system or hacking.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using or operating a third party's account.
• Collusion (coordinated betting) with the deliberate intent to harm other users.
• Filing chargebacks or fraud claims against the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.

Account Suspension and Closure

aq111 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without giving a reason. This action may be taken in particular under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
• In the event of providing false or misleading information.
• In the event of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• In the event of not responding to our verification requests.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Funds in an account closed for legitimate reasons will be returned after verification is complete. However, in cases of fraud or breach of terms, funds may be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming
